As we continue to closely follow developments with the COVID-19 Pandemic, we remain committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by pairing consistent delivery of safe, reliable drinking water with outstanding customer service. As things evolve, we are actively monitoring the situation and are ready to implement immediate changes to ensure a high level of safety.

We recognize that this is a challenging time for all, and we remain deeply committed to the safety of our customers, staff, and our Laguna Beach community.

Your water is safe

With rising public concerns about the potential impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure you that you can be confident that this outbreak has no impact on the quality or supply of your tap water.

There is currently no evidence to support that COVID-19 is transmitted through drinking water. California’s comprehensive and safe drinking water standards require a multi-step treatment process that includes filtration and disinfection. This process removes and kills viruses, including coronaviruses such as COVID-19, as well as bacteria and other pathogens. For more detailed information regarding the safety of your tap water, visit the websites below:

Let’s stay social while “social distancing”To stop the spread of coronavirus, health officials have instructed everyone to practice social distancing -- staying home, avoiding crowds, and refraining from touching one another. In this day and age, staying in touch without meeting face-to-face has never been easier thanks to smart phones, tablets, social media, and the world-wide web. Stay social by following us on social media:

Support local businesses

Now more than ever, we need to support our local businesses when we can. This means doing so safely and following all social distancing guidelines that have been put in place by Federal, State, and Local mandates. The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce and Visit Laguna Beach have compiled a useful list of restaurants throughout the city who offer take-out and delivery options.
